The snowboards are hand made from high quality materials with a high standard finish. Different artists are used for the artwork, which is often edgy and surreal. Bindings come with leather ankle straps, polymer baseplates, adjustable toe ramps and aluminum buckles and rubber grip pads. There is a blend of psychedelia and art noveau in one design. Others have bold, floral patterns and collages of images or newspaper cuttings. There are bindings especially designed for women and all the Gnu Snowboards bindings are constructed for strength and comfort.

There is a large choice of beanies in different designs in white, black, olive, gray or sand. Some have sewn on leather patches and others have screenprinted patches. There is cableknit earflap, cuffed BUM style, visor beanies in acrylic, cuff beanies with pull out face masks, reversible tight weave, cuff visor beanies with woven straps and pom pom earflaps. Other headwear, to keep the wind off, includes ballcap, plaid, cabbie style caps, military design caps, mesh trucker and standard flexfit, all available in black, gray or olive.
